We accept returns for watches purchased from Luxury Bargain under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage must be communicated prior via email.Â
- If you receive a watch which is not what you ordered or different from the watch you ordered due to a warehouse processing error.
2. Exclusions from Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Customer Dissatisfaction: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect sizing of straps will not be accepted.
- Manufacturer's Warranty: Please note that our watches do not come with manufacturer warranties; all products are covered by a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Luxury Bargain.
