1. Are your watches authentic?

Yes, all of our watches are 100% authentic. We only deal in original products sourced directly from authorized dealers.

 

2. Do you provide AD warranty on your watches?

No, we do not provide AD warranty on our watches, rather a 2 year in house warranty applies on all products purchased through our website. However, if you receive a defective product, we will accept a return within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more information.

 

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by adding the desired product to your cart and completing the checkout process. We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods listed on our website.

 

4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs are covered by us and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website during the checkout process. Standard delivery timeframes range between 8-14 working days globally which also includes the customs clearance process. We ship our products worldwide free of charge

 

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online. This is usually from one of our courier partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post. 

 

6. What if I receive a defective product?
