Luxury Bargain Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed by our warehouse. However, in rare cases where a customer informs us immediately after placing their order and the order has not yet been processed, we may allow a cancellation. Customers must contact us at support@luxury-bargain.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.



2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for watches purchased from Luxury Bargain under the following conditions:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered due to a warehouse processing error, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage or error must be communicated via email before returning the product.

  • Return Shipping Method: Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers must ship the watch back to our USA warehouse address, which will be provided once the return is approved.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

  • Condition of Returned Items: The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept returns of used or worn products.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.



3. Exclusions from Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customer Remorse: Returns due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, incorrect sizing of straps, or purchasing the wrong product are not accepted.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Our watches do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Instead, all products are covered by a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Luxury Bargain. If a customer experiences a functional issue with the watch, they must return it to us at their own expense. The return address will be provided upon request.



4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@luxury-bargain.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any defects, damages, or incorrect items. Attach clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Customers must return the watch within 7 days of delivery at their own expense to our USA warehouse (address provided upon approval). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, we will inspect it. If approved, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on availability.



5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 2-4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Since we offer free shipping, no shipping cost refunds apply.



6. International Orders

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Luxury Bargain handles customs clearance for international orders, ensuring no additional duties or taxes for customers.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Due to international shipping and customs, please allow 8-14 business days for delivery. Unforeseen delays may occur.
