However, in rare cases where a customer informs us immediately after placing their order and the order has not yet been processed, we may allow a cancellation. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered due to a warehouse processing error, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage or error must be communicated via email before returning the product.
