However, in rare cases where a customer informs us immediately after placing their order and the order has not yet been processed, we may allow a cancellation. 2. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for watches purchased from Luxury Bargain under the following conditions:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered due to a warehouse processing error, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage or error must be communicated via email before returning the product.
